Pricing FAQ
What counts as a "card"?
One card equals one printed answer sheet for one student. If you generate 30 sheets for a class of 30 students, that counts as 30 cards.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
You will receive a notification when approaching your limit. Additional cards beyond the plan limit are billed at $0.05 per card for Starter and $0.03 for Pro.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What does storage include?
Storage covers uploaded scanned images, generated PDFs, and school logos. Old scanned images can be archived or deleted to free up space.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Contact our sales team for custom quotes on multi-school or district-wide deployments.
